The document is written in terminology that gives an unambiguous description of what the client expects. The used terminology can be either the client's as well as Capgemini's as long as both parties have a common understanding of what the client's expectation is.

In stead of being a separate document this description may also be a chapter in the document that describes the scope of the engagement.
